Just some thoughts

Hey everyone! This blog post is just going to be a list of thoughts or lessons I've learned the past few weeks.
1. If you don't know what to do, just wait.
2. Sometimes you are emotionally exhausted and it is okay not to do anything for people in those moments.
3. Your true friends aren't the ones that walk out the door when things get tough, they pour some coffee and pull up a chair.
4. It is good to write hard and clear about what hurts.
5. Cultivate curiosity, it will only encourage new experiences.
6. Good things happen, love is real, you will be fine.
7. It's not all sunshine and rainbows, but a good amount actually is.
8. You're always one decision away from a totally different life.
9. It's okay to need someone
10. It's okay to need space.
11. Anger doesn't hurt anyone more than it hurts yourself.
12. On days when you're sad it's okay to cancel plans and take time for yourself.
13. Not everyone you lose is a loss.
14. Learning to express emotions in a healthy way may seem difficult but its always worth the struggle
15. If you find yourself not knowing why you're doing something or wondering if it's the right thing to do, make a list of why you started in the first place and watch purpose show up again.
16. Education doesn't always have to be high school then college. Sometimes education is chasing the wonders of the world while experiencing new cultures or things that excite you. You will never be upset or unhappy if you're chasing your passion.
17. Never feel guilty for starting over.
18. Broken people will hurt you, try to see past their actions and see the hurt they are experiencing, it will help you empathize and forgive quickly.
19. If you want to change the world, you have to start by being a good friend, child, sibling. Work on your relationships first and you will impact the community around you and that will have a ripple effect.
20. Sometimes animals show more emotion and affection than people and I think that's super interesting.
